Perfect for your protein shake or preworkout

Gymnastic Grips

If you're doing high rep counts on pull-ups or toes-to-bar, you should use grips to avoid hand tears.  Hand tears hurt and may set you back a week while your hands heal.

Lifting Belt

Not totally necessary.  But if you start squatting heavy, you should use a belt.  Check out this video on how to properly brace/breath during heavy squats.

Knee Sleeves

You don't need knee sleeves.  But they can make lunges more comfortable, protect your shins during rope climbs and give you that little edge when squatting heavy.

In our experience, they get stinky from sweat way before they wear out.  So we suggest these inexpensive ones.  Just throw them out and buy a new pair when you can't stand their stench.

Resistance Bands

Resistance bands can be use to add resistance to lots of exercises.  They can also be used to assist with pull-ups while you build strength.  They are very versatile.  Bang-for-the-buck on these is VERY high!

Wireless Ear Buds

What...  are you working out in silence like a crazy person?!  The best way to stay motivated is with some good music.  These are sweat resistant and have active noise cancelation. 🎶
